Repetate zilnic, ele devin obiceiuri mentale.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>Exerci\u021bii practice: <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Noteaz\u0103 \u00eentr-un jurnal timp de o s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 g\u00e2ndurile care \u00ee\u021bi apar cel mai frecvent, clasific\u00e2ndu-le \u00een: pozitive, neutre \u0219i negative.
